Our partner strategy involves, not only the systematic selection of direct service partner organizations, but requires them to adopt organizational and service standards, co-developing the project design, contracting their services, securing the submission of regular reports, and providing them various forms of capability-building services. Partnerships enable the Foundation to reach a larger number of its target populations.
We use a monitoring and evaluation system that tracks program and project outcomes formulated at the project or proposal’s development stage. Our strategy’s approach is multicultural and multidisciplinary and supports proven effectiveness of programs in the engagement and retention of its beneficiaries.
Our Foundation is committed to spend our resources evaluating best and promising practice. We seek to eventually provide substantive changes in social policy, such as allowing more flexibility in the way services are provided to families regardless of the funding source. We document the best and most promising practices through the yearly publishing of books, monographs, research reports, and video documentaries.
