The strategy involves the systematic selection of direct service partner organizations, requiring them to adopt organizational and service standards, co-developing the project design, contracting their services, securing the submission of regular reports, and providing them various forms of capability-building services.
Partnerships enable the Foundation to reach a larger number of its target populations.
We use a monitoring and evaluation system that tracks program and project outcomes formulated at the project or proposal’s development stage.
Our approach is multicultural and multidisciplinary and supports proven
effectiveness of programs in the engagement and retention of its beneficiaries.
Our Foundation is committed to spend our resources evaluating best and promising practice. We seek to eventually provide substantive changes in social policy, such as allowing more flexibility in the way services are provided to families regardless of the funding source.
We document the best and most promising practices through the publications
of books, monographs, and research reports, and the production of video
documentaries.
How We Find Partners
Based on our strategic plan and our needs assessments, we seek potential partners who serve our beneficiary populations.
