Needs Assessment Elements
These elements must be examined prior to the development or conceptualization of projects. Constant monitoring of these elements must also be ensured in the implementation process.
- Inventory of organizations engaged in economic productivity services and projects for poorest of the poor
- Identification and/or development of models/project designs appropriate and effective in developing capabilities of:
- Families of survivors of abuse and neglect and those at-risk
- Of-age survivors of abuse and neglect
- Persons with specific types of disabilities
- Identification of available local partners willing and could contribute resources in enhancing economic productivity of target populations
- Preparation of situation on differently-abled persons in the Philippines
